In the stifling heat of the August month one finds little motivation to do much of anything, least of all revise one’s studies. The seconds just tick away and everytime one reaches for one’s books one finds that they are a whole lot less appealing than other things one could be doing.
Still… August is nearly over and my favourite month approaches, the month of September. Yes, I realize that the month will provide little respite in the first couple of weeks. It is not so much the temperature that gets me feeling positive about the month. Rather it is the increase of cloud cover in the sky and the consequent increase in the beauty of each moment the Sun ascends from or descends upon the horizon. It is a beautiful thing…
Not having to worry about being at a workplace before dawn or after dusk is a sweetener indeed…
