Even as I chastise myself for straying from my revision to deal with other concerns such as keeping my web log up to date (I cannot say that I am particularly fond of the term “blog”, seeming too casual for my taste) I cannot help but remain conscious of those factors that prevent myself from placing my more useful intellectual musings online.

I suppose it comes down to a fear of those who would plagiarize, steal, or otherwise pretend that that which I dedicated time and effort to is actually their own.

It is a massive shame that this hang-up seems to be keeping both myself and the website’s content back. I feel that I am a party to cheating the World somehow, in my allowance of intellectual parasites to so severely affect my contributions… and potentially the contributions of many others.

It is truly sad… but this is not the time to be reminiscing over such things. Back to revision.
