I must admit that I am quite eager to promote Path Forger upon various fora. Still, I cannot but recognize that there remain several elements that I really ought to look into before even seriously considering official release:

1.) A good visual introduction, probably in either flash format or as a youtube plugin. Having the menu on the front page isn’t ‘bad’ per se but I feel that a menu isn’t really going to tell people what its all about.

2.) An improvement to the “About Us” section is also in order. I just don’t think that a brief description and stats for myself quite suffice for the inquisitive. Inclusion of a mission statement would be good… and I do have something in mind but was going to apply it to the visual introduction… Not that duplication would hurt…

3.) MS Outlook has been giving me problems from the start. I’ve reached the point of being just shy of trying some other application like Thunderbird or such. Playing roulette with the core email server of the site is not my idea of fun.

4.) The footer for the front page is kind of incomplete. But what to place within it? Perhaps an animation or auto-scroll function could be arranged… perhaps.

5.) The”Associates” section could use a rehash also, though it may be early to look for such.

Well those are my stumbling blocks right about now. Aside from the 1st and 3rd ones the surmount of them ought to be somewhat straightforward. Once all five are dealt then I guess it’ll be ready for promotion.
