In the creative process the administrator is the individual who knows how to put to effective use the resources of the initiator to bring realization to a concept. The absence of a decent administrator can mean the difference between sufficiency and insufficiency of resources to take a concept to completion, especially if the pool of resources does not in itself extend far beyond the minimum requirements for such to be possible.

In the context of reality an administrator could be represented by supervision personnel or figures of management, and there may or may not be a degree of specialization in the management spheres themselves, such as management dedicated to human resources, management dedicated to purchases and management dedicated to production, amongst others. In extensive projects one might even find managers dedicated to managers.

Well… the purpose is basically to set up an organizational structure that enables and/ or facilitates the transition from concept to reality. Beyond this function the administrator is of very limited importance to the completion of the creation process.

A note to be inserted here however is that the efficiency of the role of the administrator is of importance, as just as good administration can be an advantage so too can a bad administration be a disadvantage or even an obstacle to progress (sometimes referred to as bureaucracy, particularly of the worse sort).
