When the thoughts drifting through one’s mind forms a concept, when that concept is expressed and placed upon paper in a more elaborate and calculated fashion, when the resources necessary have been discovered and their apportionment approved, and when the organizational structure is in place to permit the process of realization, it is the task of the artisan to actually make that which began as a concept into a reality.

It is probably the most merciless march known to humanity - this chronology that binds a seemingly infinite number of instances, of realities ever similar yet different to each other. That is what happens when you decide to chew too much at one go. In the creative process the administrator is the individual who knows how to put to effective use the resources of the initiator to bring realization to a concept. The absence of a decent administrator can mean the difference between sufficiency and insufficiency of resources to take a concept to completion, especially if the pool of resources does not in itself extend far beyond the minimum requirements for such to be possible. |
