Chemical Class Weapons
That which defines a chemical-based weapon:
- It fires darts with a chemical payload.
- Armour is completely bypassed and unharmed by it.
- Targets struck are either healed or harmed, depending on whether they are friend or foe.
- This effect is dealt over time.
- It is a single action shooter, and has a limited number of darts in a clip.
Dogna’s Dart Gun and Dogna’s Dartfly Gun

Dogna’s dart gun fires darts that may be aimed at allies and foes alike. Allies hit by a dart take healing over time while enemies hit by a dart take poison damage over time. The poison is the more potent of these effects. Healing and poison damage over time in Super Animal Royale is measured in ticks. A dart applies four ticks and the maximum number of ticks that a super animal can be affected by is ten.
Since damage happens over a number of seconds, that does mean that a target afflicted by a lethal dose of poison can still react or fight for as long as their health is above zero.
A rarer form of this weapon would be Dogna’s Dart Fly Gun. A relatively recent addition, this gun fires darts that, when they hit a target, attempt to branch out to another nearby target. This second dart has half the normal effect, but it does very significantly increase the overall effect potential of the weapon.
Furthermore, this weapon does have a scope on crouch feature, and this helps to offset the modestly slower darts, as well as having the same 6 shot clip size as its more common variant.
